In this unconventional session, we embark on a journey to explore the intersections between the collaborative movement and code of pirates, the discreet stealth of ninjas, and the intricate workings of the human brain in the context of leading change. This session introduces that idea that we can harness the principles of neuroscience to become more effective change leaders in our organisations and teams.

The session will provide an update on the NHS Supply Chain national in trust Inventory Management and Point of Care Scanning programme, how and what inventory management can enable through a simple scan and lessons learned from one of the trusts on the programme.

This session will welcome you to the ICS that covers Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. It will provide some background context to the local system and the challenges that it faces, whilst also showcasing some of the work that has already happened across the local system with the procurement team. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear directly from the CEO of the Integrated Care Board on his thoughts and reflections now that ICBs are over 2 years old.
